About the workshops

Do I need any technical background?+

Absolutely not. Our workshops are designed from the ground up for people without technical backgrounds. If you can send an email and browse the web, you have all the skills you need to participate.

What AI tools will we use?+

We focus on widely available AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini. We'll walk you through each one hands-on so you can find what works best for you. No paid subscriptions are required ahead of time — free versions of all tools are sufficient for the workshop.

How long is each workshop?+

Most of our workshops run 3 to 4 hours, with breaks included. We believe in going deeper rather than covering more — you'll practice everything you learn.

Where are the workshops held?+

All public workshops are held in person in the Denver Metro area — including Denver, Boulder, Arvada, Lakewood, and surrounding communities. Specific venues are listed on each workshop page. For private team training, we come to your office or a venue of your choice.

How big are the groups?+

We keep groups small — up to 18 people. This ensures everyone gets time for their specific questions and no one gets left behind.

What topics do you cover?+

Topics vary by workshop, but most sessions cover writing and editing with AI, summarizing documents, brainstorming, research assistance, and responsible AI use. Check individual workshop pages for specific learning outcomes.

Registration and payment

How do I register?+

Browse upcoming workshops and click 'Register' on any workshop page. You'll complete a short form and pay securely via credit card through Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner, Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

What is your refund policy?+

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop. Within 7 days, we can offer a credit toward a future workshop. No refunds within 24 hours of the event, but we can usually transfer your registration to someone else.

Can my employer pay for my registration?+

Yes. Many attendees use corporate cards or expense the cost. We can provide a receipt for reimbursement. For team training (5+ people), inquire about our private training option.

What to expect

What should I bring?+

A laptop or tablet is ideal, but not required — we have loaner devices available. Bring a notepad if you like taking notes. No software installation is required ahead of time.

Will I be put on the spot or asked to present?+

No. We never cold-call students or ask anyone to present. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Everyone learns at their own pace.

Is there a right way to be completely new to AI?+

There's no wrong starting point. About half our attendees have tried AI briefly but feel unsure about it. A quarter have never tried it at all. The workshops are built to meet all levels.

Will I walk out knowing how to use AI?+

Yes — that's our goal. Every session includes hands-on practice with real tasks. Most attendees use something they learned in the workshop at work the very next day.

Team and private training

Can you train my whole team?+

Yes. We offer private, customized workshops for teams of 5 to 50+ people. Sessions are tailored to your industry, workflows, and goals. Visit our Team Training page for details.

Can you come to our office?+

Absolutely. Most team training sessions are delivered on-site at your location. We can also arrange a nearby venue if preferred.

How much does team training cost?+

Pricing depends on group size, duration, and customization level. Fill out our team inquiry form and we'll provide a tailored quote within 2 business days.
