Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident registering. Here's exactly what to expect if your plans change.
Attendee Refund & Cancellation
More than 7 days before the workshop
Full refund, no questions asked. Your original payment method will be credited within 5–10 business days.
3 to 7 days before the workshop
Credit toward a future workshop of equal or lesser value. Credits are valid for 12 months.
Less than 3 days before the workshop
No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another attendee at no charge. Contact us at support@aifluencyworkshops.com to arrange a transfer.
No-shows
No refund or credit will be issued for attendees who do not attend without prior notice.
If We Cancel or Reschedule
AI Fluency Workshops reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel a workshop you're registered for:
- You will be notified as soon as possible by email
- A full refund will be issued within 5 business days — no action required on your part
- We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and offer you a spot in the rescheduled session
How to Request a Refund or Transfer
Email us at support@aifluencyworkshops.com with your name, the workshop you registered for, and your request. We respond within one business day.
