Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering for a workshop or using the AI Fluency Workshops website. By using our site or registering for a workshop, you agree to these terms.
About AI Fluency Workshops
AI Fluency Workshops provides in-person AI education workshops for working adults in the Denver Metro area and surrounding Colorado communities. Our workshops are designed to help non-technical professionals build practical AI skills.
Workshop Registration
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable fees
- You will receive a confirmation email after successful registration
- Seats are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
Refund Policy
More than 7 days before the workshop
Full refund, no questions asked
3 to 7 days before the workshop
Credit toward a future workshop of equal or lesser value
Less than 3 days before the workshop
No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another attendee. Please notify us at support@aifluencyworkshops.com if you wish to transfer your spot.
No-shows
No refund or credit will be issued for attendees who do not show up without prior notice

Workshop Cancellations
AI Fluency Workshops reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by AI Fluency Workshops:
- Registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible by email
- A full refund will be issued within 5 business days
- We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and offer you a spot in the rescheduled session
Code of Conduct
All workshop attendees are expected to:
- Treat fellow attendees and instructors with respect
- Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
- Engage in good faith with the learning environment
AI Fluency Workshops reserves the right to remove any attendee from a workshop without refund if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to others.
Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, slides, handouts, and content created by AI Fluency Workshops are our intellectual property. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or resell workshop materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
AI Fluency Workshops provides educational content for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from attending our workshops. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Fluency Workshops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or registration for workshops after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
